Great job, Grael. I want to mention Amazon's Author Central service, which is now available to all authors.
This is just kicka$$. I totally agree with him on the book trailer thing. I can't see anyone but someone who is already a big fan/follower (i.e. someone who is already buying everything you write anyway) really going for a book trailer.
When I first heard of them as a marketing tool, my first thought was "Oh gawd, I hope that doesn't catch on."
Just seems like working on the wrong end of the 80/20 rule.
