“...our insurance agent called me today. She was very pleased to inform me that based upon all my medical tests and overall condition, they have given me an “Elite Plus” rating for insurance.
She said that in 15 years of being an agent, she has never had any male in my age category come even close to this... She said that they wish to hear what I have to say in regards to nutrition, exercise, et al. I told her to buy your book, Eatin’ After Eden…
I have you to thank for my knowledge, my health, and the health of my family. Thanks once again.”
Regarding your wonderful book, the science is very solid, and we have incorporated a number of your suggestions into our everyday diet…It makes good common sense to do so. And you can quote me on that!

“Eatin’ After Eden—The Meat of the Word translates true science and Biblical teaching into applicable day-to-day guidelines for the modern audience that seeks enhanced health in a fallen world.
Many of the premature deaths that befall the western world could be averted if everyone who wants to bestow the ultimate gift would share copies of this book with friends and family.”
“If only such a book had been available during my seven years as a struggling vegan on ‘God’s Ideal Diet.’ It would have been more valuable to me than any amount of gold.”
“Congratulations on one of the most important books ever written for this end time! You have given us essential truths from God’s Word and nutrition science that many physicians don’t have, even good Christian ‘health doctors.’ Thanks for your time, experience, and expertise ... The Church needs this now!”
Description
When heart disease became the nation’s number one killer disease in 1955 with 5OO,OOO deaths annually, the American Heart Association and cardiologists directed us to the Prudent Diet and away from traditional animal-source foods of 6,OOO years. Saturated fat became a “four-letter word” overnight while vegetable oil and “man-ufactured” foods have become politically and religiously correct. Yet more than fifty years later cardiovascular disease is still the number one killer disease with almost one million deaths annually. And other degenerative diseases are at near epidemic levels. What’s wrong with this picture? Why is vegetarianism not the answer?
In a scientific, scriptural, and easily understood presentation, Dr. Zook reveals the shocking consequences of America’s rejection of the Creator’s plan for eating after Eden—after Genesis 1:29—and His specific instructions for our time.
About the Author
For decades Dr. Zook has taught and inspired many through her private practice, seminars, workshops, conferences, lecturing, eye-opening articles, newspaper columns, international newsletter, e-zine, book, her own web site (http://www.eatinaftereden.com) and countless other websites which publish her articles.
Ten years of higher education, 40 years of research and practice have resulted in evidence-based bioavailable nutrition “tried in the fire.” The scientific, scriptural diet she writes about and enjoys, has enabled her to maintain 60-hour work weeks for decades and well into advanced age. More than one physician has opined that her diet keeps her functioning remarkably while she works overtime to help others nutritionally, contributing to her community in other ways as well.
