About the Author
Thalia Vicentica N. Cayetano is the founder of The Love of Vicentica Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in communication from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines, and earned her MBA in Project Management from the American Intercontinental University.
Thalia was born and grew up in Basco, Batanes, Philippines. She was the Executive Director of the Ivatan Foundation for Development Communications, Inc., and the Project Manager of the foundation's first project - The Public
Calling Office. She now lives in California, USA, with her husband and daughter.
She is currently working on three books: My Heart Speaks in Silence, The Silent Acts of Love, and the second edition of Heart-warming Stories of Love and Miracles.
