Thalia Vicentica N. Cayetano is founder of The Love of Vicentica Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines, and earned her … MBA in Project Management from the American Intercontinental University. She wrote a book entitled Heart-Warming Stories of Love and Miracles, and is currently working on three more. Net proceeds from the sale of these books go directly to the Foundation. Thalia was born and grew up in Basco, Batanes, Philippines. She was the Executive Director of the Ivatan Foundation for Development Communications, Inc., and the Project Manager of the foundation’s first project – The Public Calling Office. She now lives in California, USA with her husband and daughter. She believes that the first requisite to identifying the needs of the poor is by mingling and talking with them. Dining with the homeless and spending time to listen to the tales of the lowly keep her mission alive in her heart. Thalia has a big heart for the poor. She loves without condition and puts herself last.

Heart-warming Stories of Love and Miracles is a compilation of true-to-life stories personally experienced or witnessed by author Thalia Cayetano and her mother, JC Narag. A few were told to them by another family member. The author’s mother, JC Narag, is a great storyteller. She remembers stories from her childhood told to her by her highly principled father.

“When I was a child, my mom’s heart-warming stories never failed to maneuver my heart to love,” Thalia says. “Later on, I realized that I was becoming like my mom. I, too, have stories to tell. They are stories that can be easily shared by someone who has the passion to love, stories that can be easily understood by someone who has ever loved. I grew up in a family where love is highly expressed and demonstrated. My seven brothers and sisters have stories to tell about people who sparked their hearts to love, and about some whose hearts they have inspired to love.”

Heart-warming Stories of Love and Miracles is one of Thalia Cayetano’s initial attempts to tell the world that God’s extraordinary love and power can be experienced by even the most ordinary, modern-day Christian like herself.

Experience has taught her that, “when we listen to our hearts in silence, we get to experience the infinite and unconditional love God has for each of us. It is the awareness of His enormous love that gives us the natural inclination to love unconditionally.”
